Hi! I'm Hannah, a solution-focussed hypnotherapist based in West Bridgford, Nottingham.

My approach is  to use positive suggestion and solution-focussed therapy to get you to where you want to be.


ABOUT HANNAH

I am a qualified, accredited Solution Focused Hypnotherapist in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Positive Psychotherapy. I have a diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (DFSH), I am a registered member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) and the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), and I adhere to their high codes of conduct and ethics. I have a current Enhanced Disclosure and Barring (DBS) certificate and am fully insured.

“Having tried different therapies over the years but never hypnotherapy I was reluctant to begin sessions with Hannah. I had negative feelings about this approach imagining trance like states in which I would have no control.

Almost immediately Hannah began to dispel my negativity by her confident, informed and caring attitude. She soon showed me how knowledge of the workings of the brain impacts on general health and anxiety. She made it so clear how the primitive brain dominates us at certain times and fuels anxiety.

Hannah creates a space that is at once calm, open, direct and compassionate. She is absolutely excellent at setting me at ease, allowing me to share deeply and be vulnerable without fear, and this in itself helped minimise the issues I was working through. Her manner and knowledge sharing of  the science behind the therapy was just illuminating, not too much information or too little but enough to be useful and motivating.
